Clouding title best option?

Hello,

I am a wholesaler and recently have went under contract with a seller for a vacant lot. I know this website focus highly on homes but I this one is highly concerning. As I was promoting the lot for a potential buyer, I saw how someone made a post about selling the exact same land at a higher price on social media. And the lot that we had just recently legally bind is still online under “for sale by owner”. I had reached out to the seller to see if they had other contracts with other wholesalers and did not receive a response. I want to know what would be the appropriate response under this circumstance.
