Investing in MIAMI!!!
I live in Miami and have saved up money to start investing real estate. I spend 3 to 4 hours a day looking for deals. but when I run the numbers, my cash on cash return is always under 8 percent. Does any investor in Miami have any tips for me or is the market just way too high in Miami to buy investment properties?

@Bryan Rodriguez it is a tough market. What kind CoC returns are you seeing below 8%? I would say 6-8% is actually pretty decent in this market depending on the location.
