How to BRRRR a multifamily
Hi,
I am in Southern California looking at a larger multifamily looking at units anywhere from 6-10 units. I wanted to know if anyone has BRRRR'd one of these with none of their own money down. Using Private money for the initial 25-30% down and having the bank finance the rest and I or another lender come up with money for the rehab.
