Networking Virtually or In Person

Started wholesaling with a firm, rehabbing properties with other investors, and making offers. Since Covid I have not found an efficeint site that provides monthly networking events for investors. I am in New Jersey Market. Would love to know some networking sites/events available in Covid times. Responses are greatly appreciated.
