Properties on sale for long periods on time
*Title typo - Properties on market for long periods of time*
Hey BP,
I am curious to know what people's perspective is on properties that have sat on the market for a long period time, say over 1 month. Of course 9 times out of 10 good deals will be snatched up very quickly. Is it worth looking at properties on Redfin / Zillow / Realtor that have sat for a while or is it safe to assume there is a major red flag with the place?
Curious to hear if anyone has had success with a property that has sat on market for a while.
Vin
