New Mixed Use / Commercial and Residential

Good afternoon everyone. I'm new to BP and this is my first post. I am working to build a mixed use project this spring. I am seasoned in construction but new to the real-estate investment side.  Lending for the construction is pending but I will be short on the closing. I'm sure someone out there has dealt with something like this and I don't want to reinvent the wheel,  I appreciate any advice.  Thank you,
