What this story tells me is…
We desperately need more listings in Snohomish County.
We saw the average sales price increase while inventory remains in a severe shortage and homes continue to sell in the first 30 days 83% of the time.
The number of homes for sale dropped to 601 which is the lowest total in over 15 years and 820 less listings than last year at this time. There just are not many homes to buy.
