How to calculate ROI on an Air Bnb?
I'm closing on a SFH at the end of the month. I'm planning to house hack and Air Bnb the basement out.
The basement has a separate entrance, a living room, bedroom, and a half bathroom. I'm getting quotes to turn the half bathroom into a full bathroom and am curious on how you would calculate you ROI or CoCR for the Air Bnb?
I was thinking I’d isolate all Air Bnb expenses (separate from my overall living expenses) and compare that to the Air Bnb income. Thoughts? Any insight would be appreciated!
