Buying my first Mobile home rental

Good morning,

I currently own several single family home rentals and I am considering buying my first mobile home to rent. It’s on owned land and I can buy it right. Any input from those who own mobile homes as to things I should consider before buying a mobile home to rent? The net return would be double digit. My concern is the decreasing value of the home. I am doing this for cash flow. Housing is in short supply where I live like most places.

Any helpful thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Happy Wednesday!

@Frank Hopkins If there's a market for it and people are willing to live in them in that location, it's a good investment as long as you keep up with maintenance and rent to the right types of tenants. I've known several people to invest in mobile homes and rent them out on the side. They make for good cash flow with the right management. Hope that helps!
