Charlotte, NC Wholesale Market

Hello all! Happy New Year!! Hope everyone enjoyed the holidays with their family. I am writing to find out if there are any wholesalers in Charlotte? From my understanding, to get a property under contract you have to put down a non-refundable due diligence deposit as well as an earnest money deposit. If you are wholesaling in North Carolina, how are you fairing with the non-refundable due diligence deposit?  I am really thinking that I should move on from this market but wanted to get other professionals opinions before I made the decision to do so. Thanks in advance for your advice.
