Converting a garage into a bedroom
Hello BP,
Recently, I've been introduced to the idea of converting a garage into an additional bedroom. Upon first hearing this, I thought this would be an amazing idea to increase cash flow to a property, especially if you're renting out a property on a per bedroom basis.
However, I want to first get the opinion of the BP community before making any decisions.
1. What do you guys think about this idea?
2. Have any of you done this? If so, what was the experience like?
3. What would you say were the pros and cons of doing this sort of transformation?
4. Are there any long-term pros or cons I should be aware of when doing this type of transformation?
