So I have an off market portfolio that seems like a good deal. Seller is willing to seller finance and that’s a huge help because since I don’t have a W-2 job, lending is an obstacle for me. Does anyone have experience with acquiring a portfolio? Any and all advice would be very much appreciated!!

Do they cash flow? Did you run a worst case scenario? If you needed to sell them could you?
