Looking for Real estate agent professional

Hello BP, 

I am in search of a real estate professional in NJ. Currently, I am looking at the Newark NJ, Irvington, and all of the oranges market. Ideally, I would like to work with a realtor who is hungry, a great communicator, and has a quick turnaround for finding comps. I would prefer someone who is knowledgeable in the areas mentioned above. The strategy I'll be using is aggressive. I'll be putting in a dozen offers weekly, therefore, I would like to work with someone who is comfortable with putting in offers at my desired price point.
