Question for investors
Good afternoon,
I am a up coming investor. I would like to discuss and pick the brains of fellow investors. I found a quad Plex that is $270,000 and has a property tax of $6,750. For this particular area the return on rent rent is about $2,750. The interest rate on the loan is anywhere between 2.25 and 3.5 APR. I also have the opportunity to house hack this property and live in one of the units.
I would like to know how would other investors approach this deal? What would you analyze what would you consider?
