Totally new to Real Estate

Hello everyone!

I am totally new to Bigger Pockets and RE Investing. My goal with investments is to begin with SFH and MU's to generate income. I work in education and I have money saved. My question is how to get started to get funding for investments? I own my home and I am thinking of refinancing to get additional money to invest.

What is the best way to get started with finding funding (hard money and financing). Eventually I’d like to flip and wholesale properties as well.

Should I start by obtaining an LLC? Doing it on my own in my name? Where to I begin? Please help!

Thank you in advance!

Brandi

@Brandi Mathis

No down and little down has to do mostly with owner occupied residences or other people's money.
