Investing with LLC, sell my home to my LLC to get the cash.

I own a home out right, I rented it out under the table to family for the last year. I want to sell it but there is a defect in title because the neighbors property description overlaps mine. I now have an LLC, can I get a loan through my LLC to purchase my house and invest the money in other properties. I have bad credit.
