What to do when you can’t get anymore conventional loans?
I have reached a debt to income from conventional loans on my investment properties and can’t qualify for much more. Is using a non recourse loan a common or one of the best routes to take at this time to fund my next property (I know it’s more down and higher interest)? Or what is the best way to go, without partnering, when you can’t take more money out with a conventional loan?
