Phoenix Scottsdale networking

I'm a novice investor with my first three properties under contract and closing in January. I'm looking for other investors in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area to network with, grow with, and learn with. My goal is to BRRRR in the near future (out of state) and acquire one property per quarter for the next few years. There's so much to learn, and I don't have any local friends who care about real estate investing in the least.
