Home Inspection for first investment property

Good morning everyone,

I hope you are all well and ready for the holiday season. I’m still working on purchasing my first investment property and I recently got under contract for a duplex in an old town I used to live. I’m doing a home inspection on Saturday after Christmas and I wanted to know what are some big things to look out for when going through the inspection? I am one to ask questions but I always want to ask the right questions. Which questions do you believe I should ask?
