Refinance primary residence before purchasing rental property

I am looking to jump into rental investing, just formed an LLC and intend to purchase a multifamily property in 4-6 months. Now that interest rates have dropped for mortgages, i'm also considering refinancing my own primary residence. Would refinancing now hinder my ability to get a conventional loan for my rental property in the near future?
