Hard Money & Private Money
I am somewhat new to investing, I'm a full time realtor would like to make the switch from realtor to investor. I created an LLC for my investment company in October.
I listen to BP Podcast regularly & read books. I know there’s way to invest without using my own money aka creative investing.
My question, is there a way to buy a property to flip using hard money lenders for the purchase price including the repair cost and use a private money lender for the down payment?
Any help would be much appreciated!
