Virtual Assistants - a yes or no?

Are you overwhelmed at all with some of the mindless monotony that seems endless? How do you get past it - the cold calling, the data entry, the calculations, the mounds of data?

Your thoughts on possibly hiring someone overseas to provide me margin throughout the day? Even if they provide 10 hours per week, that’s an easy added two hours of time to each work day.

Have you tried it? Experiences? Would you recommend, if so walk me through how you did it. If you wouldn’t recommend why not?

Hey @Matt Oberski, VA's are a very affordable solution to getting your time back and focusing on the income-producing tasks in your business. It's easy to get burnt out with some of these tasks, especially cold calling. I would recommend creating a SOP (screen recording works great and Google Docs) for some of the tasks you plan to take off your plate that you can give to your VA to reference before getting started. This will help set them up for success. I've seen most success when you create a good working relationship with them, make them feel like part of the team! You get out what you put in!

Feel free to PM me if you need help with anything and good luck!
