Has anyone discovered Houzz? It's a site and app that helps you get home design ideas.

I use it to get ideas, but I've found it to be really helpful to communicate concepts to contractors. For example, I built a garage recently and wanted to show my contractor a garage with a cupola. It made things much easier to show a picture. The conversation was ... build this for $x.
