Should I sell or should I rent my property ?
My townhome has a lot of equity, it’s also in a prime location. There’s been some flooding issues (basement) in the past so some of my neighbors have sold their homes. We are currently building a new home and we’re considering renting our townhome. I’m faced with the challenge of rent VS sell and invest in a different home with less/no flooding issues. Ps- My townhome has flooded once in the last 15 yrs. we immediately fixed the problem and haven’t had any issues since.
Renting now= great cash flow
Sell now= great ROI
Sell later=ROI? (depending on house market).
Any suggestions?
