Would you invest in real property manufactured homes?

Hey guys I just finished renovating my manufactured home, my wife and I bought it for $75000 cash and put in just over $10000 to renovate it. (I did all the renovations myself)

The new appraisal value is just over 105,000 and the ARV is $90000!

After completely renovating our home from top to bottom I have a decent idea of how manufactured homes are structured...

My question is would it be smart to BRRRR this money into another real property manufactured home?

@Nicholas Connell

I have two of them right now, and yes I do not mind manufactured properties as long as they have surrendered title and have a deed on a foundation.

I would not do any that are in a park with a lot fee.

Keep in mind there is more of a challenge in selling it and getting financing for manufactured homes.
