Is 2021 the year you take real estate investing seriously?

If I could build a portfolio of 50 units, not knowing the language, not articulating well, being new to this country and with no money, anybody can do it. I challenge you today to take real estate investing very seriously for next year. Please don't wait for your friends to tell you how much equity they built on their rental properties and that you missed the boat. I've been through several collapses in the market, and I'm happy to report that when everything was said and done, time always heals the wounds of your mistakes. You always end up building equity no matter what, as long as you hold to the strategy and stick to the plan.

PS: I am talking based on my own experience; I have seen clients that bought at the worst of the market but held to their strategies are doing very well now.
