I'm an out of state investor - have a small network in Birmingham, AL. Would like to get into Section 8 rental housing. Looking to hear of any challenges? 

1) Has anyone successfully built and managed this from out-of-state

2) Can anyone recommend a property management firm that specializes in Section 8 house (with a good reputation)

Any additional info is welcome!
