Starting REI during a presidential transition?
What are the pros and cons of starting REI while the Trump administration is transitioning into the Biden administration?
I just recently (3 days ago) listened to my first podcast. Today, I finished "How To Invest In Real Estate, the Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Getting Started" Through the podcasts that I have listened too and the book, taxes and markets are mentioned.
Yes, I know about markets, but not so much about taxes or laws. This is probably something not many people can anticipate because of the circumstances (COVID, Rep. to Dem., etc.,) but what will the market do with a transition from Trump to Biden? What kinds of laws will change/ be enacted during the switch -- for taxes or laws.
With all that being said, would this be a good time for me to begin my REI journey?
