Low price properties are best when just getting started

I believe that for me when I 1st started I didn't even consider buying a property cash in nyc but in Reading PA I jump in the water 💦💦 thank God it didn't drown me . I bought a property sight unseen and didn't know the difference from a 3/2 to a 1

2/2 . But sticking it out and learning a hard knock life way I learned everything from plumbing to electrical to dcr to dti to ltv . I'm now looking to get a 100 units in the upcoming year and it wouldn't had happened if I didn't buy a cheap property and learn with becoming a financial ruin .
