New Nevada Resident with Rentals in California should I sell?

Hello BP Friends,

I moved to Nevada earlier this year from California and now I'm debating whether to keep my 2 rental properties (leases ending Dec 2020/Jan 2021) or just cash out while the market is up. My main concern would be the tax implications now that I'm a non resident of CA. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.
