Heirs Property in SC

Hello everybody. I had a question about (obviously) heirs property here in SC. I have a property I'm about to put under contract in the next few days. We have agreed on a price but now we have to get all the heirs to sign off on the sale. Being that I've never dealt with this, what exactly is the proper paperwork to go with the purchase and sale agreement. Thanks in advanced, I have the utmost confidence in Bigger Pockets!!
