Lenders For Non-US Citizens

Hey there awesome community!

I want to get started in the Real Estate Investing in the US (I've done some investing in other parts of the world) and I was wondering if you could recommend any lenders for non-US residents/citizens.

I have cash for 50%+ of properties, but I'd like to finance the rest if possible. Thanks!
