Fist flip 4 months away, what to do in the mean time?
Hello BP community,
I am planning a fix and flip in March/April of next year and I wanted to get some opinions on what I can do in preparation.
The basics don't need to be covered, I know my market, I know how much I am looking to spend, I have already reached out to HML and agents in my prospective market, I have read the books on estimating rehab costs, and book on flipping houses. I am looking for really low-level preparation, like making scope-of-work documents for properties in the market, preparing how to pitch a deal to an HML, etc... Not trying to come off brash, just trying to avoid getting generic advice.
Thank you
