Managing investors funds

I would like to know your advice when managing investors money when they fund your multi family property for rental.

A clear example, I want to buy this 829k property with 8 apartments:

Let’s say I get to fund the 829k plus closing cost with the money of 10 investors.

I want this property for rental purposes -obviously- and hold it for a while.

- How will you split the percentages of earnings coming from the rentals?

- Will you add the investors in the deed? What type of negotiations will you do if you won’t add them to the deed?

- What terms will you use to pay the money back and at what interest rate? -will you use as a reference a hard lender interest rate?-
