How to find investors who need financing

I am a loan officer in the state of California and I recently contracted with a lender who offers non qualified mortgages for investors. This allows investors who already have 5 properties financed with freddie mac or fannie mae easily acquire more. I want to network with investors and become their "money guy" however I have found it rather difficult to find a resource which will allow me to reach out to a large pool of investors. On top of that I have a network of realtors always bringing me investment deals so I would love to have some pre-approved investors ready to buy the moment they bring me the deal. Do you guys have any advice on how I could effeciently network with investors virtually in the time of Covid
