Pflugerville TX - 10/15 yr old vs new homes for investments

I am currently reviewing investment homes in Pflugerville TX and 4 bed built in 2010/2015 with 2100 to 2400 sq ft homes are in the range of 290K to 320K. Does it make sense to get old homes or new ones for investment? If anyone is aware of new homes in such range, pl. point me to the websites as I am new to the area. Also how is Pflugerville in terms of rental and how does it compare to areas such as Leander, Round Rock, Georgetown etc?
