New mobile home parks

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know if there are any restrictions on building a brand new mobile home park, in Texas and Arizona? Does anyone own any mobile home parks out in these states? I'd like to consider this option in Texas but don't know the Texas rules for opening up a new mobile home park. Thanks.
