In the process of purchasing a investment property in St. Augestine Florida or possibly Palm Coast Florida. Does anybody have a good property manager they can recommend ? I am also debating between short and or long term rental investing, I would appreciate any feedback .

Depending on the property and ordinances some investments are better than others. It's always best to get revenue projections and clarity of ordinances in the area before making an offer on any property.
