How to Build Mixed Use Commercial/Multi Family

I’ve recently purchased 40,000 sq ft of commercial property zoned for commercial use, but don’t know where to start with developing the property.

It’s in a rapidly growing part of the city, so I feel a mixed use build would do very well.

Some things I’m interested in are costs and most realistic forms of financing such a project.
