Refinance after forbearance
I have 5 properties (all Fannie/Freddie) I had my lenders put in forbearance when Covid hit. I am now making plans to emerge from forbearance and refinance two of my properties ASAP. I am aware of the requirement of either bringing the loan current or making three payments. The question I cannot get an answer on is whether I can bring my properties out one at a time. For example, come current and refinance property #1 while others remain in forbearance and repeat. Anyone know the answer or able to recommend a reputable lender? Thanks in advance.
