Hello fellow investors, wanted to get your expert advice on the Cincinnati, OH market about buying multifamily units. Is it a good market to invest in terms if CoC return and Cap rate? What are some of the good neighborhoods as I am CA based and needed some recommendations about investing in OH market?

    @Sudhir Dalal

    Did you start investing in Cincinnati?  If so, how did you go about putting together a team in OH while living in CA?
