I know there are many people that have questions about how to go about doing this or that when it comes to development, construction, or real estate, and want more detail than what can be posted in a quick forum post.

I don't claim to know everything, but what I don't know, I may know someone that does. If you have specific situations, and want questions answered for any of the above trades, in detail, .... ASK... OR.... maybe you are interested in learning more, but just don't know where to start to ask the questions?

If I get any response, I will put together a blog post to give answers. You can private message if you don't want your name associated with the question, and I won't post your name in blog.(just in case you have a specific project you are working on etc. and want specifics private)
