Do you buy old Apartments even when investors are building new?
So I'm just trying to get started with my first deal. I have an opportunity to buy a 4 plex. This market just blew up and prices are crazy for residential and commercial alike. Investors are building many brand new apartments in several communities. So my question is, do I still purchase an old 4 plex and start my rental business?
