Anyone paying attention to the market in Philly? Cheap properties, no shortage of inventory and it seems like that isn’t changing anytime soon. While flipping is always a great play, Philly has an emerging rental market with an average $1000/month rent cash flow. The DOM for flips have averaged 3 weeks since July!
