The Art of Buying, Transferring, Selling Properties with an LLC.
I have an LLC, but many banks prefer not to lend directly to an LLC, so I understand that many investors will purchase a property using personal information and then transfer title to the LLC. Is this the process you use? Is there a way to avoid an acceleration clause when transferring it? Does selling ever become an issue after title is transferred? Would love to hear some specifics about this topic and process!
