Is the a strategy for preventing direct mail from investors?

Hi- I have a couple of one-off rental homes and have a constant stream of phone calls, texts, and direct mail every day from investors. In a typical day I receive as many as 8-10 calls! What are some strategies to minimize this or make this stop?
