How much do we have to save for the first rental property.
I am trying to get into RE Investing but dont know how much should I save for the first property. I am looking to invest in single family home.

@Kushal Patel I'd say at least 15 to 20% of the property value. This would cover money for down payments, closing costs, vacancies, and improvements. You definitely can get by with less, but you do not want to be underwater on your first investment.
