Whats Does the Year 2040 Look Like?

I was recently watching one of the webinars and Brandon made a short statement that this is an opportune time to start building a single family portfolio or acquiring properties because he believes you may not be able to invest like this in 20 years. For some reason that stuck with me and I began thinking. Do you think these opportunities won't be around in 20 years? If so why or why not? Will everything be owned by hedge funds or large groups? Curious to hear everyones predictions.
