Where to Find Hard Money for First Time Fix and Flip
So, after lots of hard work I finally have a property under contract. Where can I find Hard Money for my first flip project? I have worked my but off in the last year improving my credit score but I’m still having trouble finding funding for my project. I have a closing date set for the 28th but if I can’t find the funds for the project, I’ll have to wholesale the contract. I’d rather complete the project myself... duh.. more profit. Nevertheless, does anyone have advice on where to go for first time fix and flip hard money?
Thanks in advance everyone!
