Lien on title, closing delayed 30+ days

Looking for advice on a first time investment property buying process in Ohio. My title company is waiting on the state to get back on the lien on the property I am trying to buy. It has taken well over a month at this point ( we were supposed to close end of August). The deal is pretty good, so don’t want to back out yet.

Any tips on how to handle this matter at this point?
